Project: Install a Lawn and Garden Sprinkler System
I'm like a kid in a candy store with my sprinkler system. For the first few times that I saw it running I had a smile on my face. Not just because the lawn was getting watered without me pulling the hoses, but because of the little damage done to the yard, the clean-up of tree roots, placements of the valves in the backyard and most of all the efficient, courteous people doing the word and instructing me on the workings of the system. My only complaint was that the bid did not include sale tax, so was a little surprised when final bill came in.

The company (Ed Williams) good about keeping in contact with us through the process. The installers were also good about keeping me informed about the project as it was in progress and took the time to answer my questions. Their bid was not the lowest, but my husband liked what we were getting for the money. Their bid was within reason. My husband thought they could have torn up the yard a little less. I thought they did a good job in that area and assume it won't be long before growing season takes care of the few patches left behind. They were good about training my husband to use the system and to be sure everything was in working order.

Project: Grade or Reslope Grounds for Landscaping
Though we had been told we would get a final landscape plan for approval, we never got it, nor plans or even a listing for the plants. Though they are supposed to be pros, they created a hazardous sharp edge by the steps next to a retaining wall . They tore up a large part of our yard which was not specified in our signed estimate. The owner offered to fix what we did not like--for an additional $10,000 or so. I definitely do NOT recommend this company for anything since they interpret your wishes according to their own ideas and materials and do not follow through with a final agreed plan before commencing work.

A professional company from the top to the ground work. The owner responded to my residence and we had a hands-on training session on the controller. The work crew was very proffessional.
