Just the nicest man! Could't really help with water removal, because it was still coming in when he was here. Helped us figure out what we need to do in the future, and helped us put a plug in a drain, and helped to pump out a volume of water (that quickly came in again). I'll probably call him when we're ready to treat for mold.
