Greatview Sunrooms was absolutely wonderful to deal with!!!! Very professional - they were here when they said they would be, called to keep us updated with anything they thought we needed to know, kept the cost of the job at the agreed upon contract price and finished in a very reasonable time frame. I would recommend Greatview Sunrooms to ANYONE and EVERYONE!!! They were great!

Project: Build an Addition

They are very nice until you sign the contract. There was no information after that. After 4 months we had to call to find out when they would do the job then we were told they would be out the next week. The builder was professional but was working alone some of the time and did not know everything the contrator said he would do.The floor squeeks and is not level, the windows leak and the siding does not match. We felt like we were rude for asking for anything to be fixed. Some of the items listed in the contract were not delivered. We called the company that makes the windows to get help. The room is nice but we still watch for leaks.

Overall job - was great - am pleased with that. Patience, communication, keeping with schedule, was not good. As of right now, I've not received my guarantee.

MAGNIFICANT! Very professional, timely and kept me informed of delays & developments. Project was on schedule. Highly impressed with workers and product. As as soon as they did the 'dry in" (working from the outside into the house) put up all walls and the ceiling, I was so anxious to be in the room that I climbed out my bedroom window and sat in a lawn chair, just imagining what it would finallly be like when finished. I, and my neighbors, are SO EXCITED. It has been the talk of the neighborhood for weeks. Minor concerns that I had but didn't discuss with them, were taken care of the next day! We had great rapport. Would hire again!

Although it took longer than anticipated for the sunroom to be shipped from the factory, I'm going to really enjoy my new room. I also had another deck built and it looks great. Unfortunately my husband passed away due to illness before he could enjoy it with me and I received the call to let me know that it was being delivered on the same day as his funeral. Greatview was very apologetic and rescheduled for the next Monday. I would most certainly recommend Greatview and Mr Crane, contractor, for any improvement project.
