Project: Build an Addition

We can't say enough good things about GPC. We did a pretty extensive remodel to our existing 1045 sq/ft 2 bed 1 bath home. We almost completely gutted the house and turned it into a 2200 sq/ft 4 bed 2 bath custom home. Since my father-in-law is an electrician (and does plumbing) we wanted to handle those scopes ourselves. GPC bent over backwards to accommodate our needs (budget, schedule etc.) and was willing to work with us every step of the project (often offering great suggestions/help). In the end, we were very pleased with the work that they did and couldn't be happier with the outcome! Thanks, GPC, for building us our dream home!

Project: Build an Addition

Greater Pacific Construction provided me with a beautiful home addition as well as filling in an old swimming pool. The staff was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They provided me with a quote in writing as well as their license information so I knew they were the company to go with. They provided me with additional work not initially quoted, but were professional in making sure I had all my needs met. I would highly recommend them.

I have had alot of remodeling done before and Kevin is by far the best I have come across. All the work was done in about 3 weeks in between Christmas and New Years. He is a really good guy, follows through, and did all the work perfect.

He stayed in the budget. He is very honest, really positive things. He was great about managing the project. I shopped around with other contractors, he gave a good price. Good company to work with, recommend him to my friends and family.
