Project: Camera Locate Breakage for a Plumbing System
This project got bigger than we ever imagined. Jason was wonderful throughout!! He explained every step to us, making us fully aware of extra steps and costs. He worked with our schedule on the repair. Jason and Brian were so professional, helpful and knowledgable. I would highly suggest Mr. Rooter, and especially Jason and Brian to anyone.

The customer service was excellant! They were very flexible as far as setting an appointment. It was extreamly convenient that they had HVAC guy too! We were able to get two things taken care of at once! They had amazing prices as well!

Project: Install, Replace or Repair a Main Sewer Pipe
Carlos Romero is my hero! After several other companies attempted to fix the back up in my main sewer line and failed (one even told me I would have to replace the entire pipe b/c it was broken!). Carlos was able to get my pipe free of the block (roots) and back in service. He was also able to calm me down from the dramatic day with other plumbers! Thank you soooo much!

I needed a sewer inspection done over the weekend because the guy I originally had scheduled never called me back. Mr. Rooter called me just a few minutes after I submitted the request and we scheduled it for the next day. It was a tough day after a big snow storm and and they got the job done.
