A represenative came to the house on time to see the repair needed in order to provide an estimate. He returned exactly when he said and replaced the glass exactly as quoted. Extremely polite, his office staff (his wife) was extremely professional. The did the work, for the estimated cost, and we';ll highly recommend them again.
