John did great job,finished in one day. He explained everything to us and answered all of our questions.

the experience was good.John did a good job and I think this problem is a done deal I have to wate till next spring (spring melt with rain and ice to make sure things are fine but my basement is dry now and thats great sence I have a finished basement. If you need this kind of problem fixed I know John will stick with you till you are happy . serviced in st.paul .get it done and over with. this is alot better then haveing your whole property dug up. TRY THIS FIRST!!!!

John was late to my home, but it did not pose a problem for me. He was patient and answered all of my questions about the process. He also explained what he was doing and how it was going to work. He cleaned up after he was done and did not leave me with a mess. Overall I am very pleased with the process. I would recommend him to others in my situation.

In the end, I think we got a good product. However, the journey to the end required a lot of extra supervision on my part. The installer tried to cut corners, was always in a hurry to leave before the job was done properly, and just plain installed it incorrectly at times until I pointed it out. Communication was hurried and incomplete. Ultimately, he returned and got the job done on time and properly.

With larger projects we only ask for detailed drawings, a safe working environment and a timeline, all of which were changed on the fly by the customer on this job; a five week project turned into 10 weeks, the foundation was changed several times and the jobsite was not properly prepped, meaning we had to do an enormous amount of additional labor. The customer acted as the general contractor not fully aware of all their responsibilities including submitting change orders for additional work, and building to code, since we were against pour deadlines we obliged. Several months later we are still waiting for the customer to pay on the balance.

Straight forward; gave us a range of options but recommended one which was a good & economical solution. Our basement stayed dry even through the last big downpour of rain. We're very pleased.

The solution to our leaky basement problem proved to be elusive. John did not abandon us; he helped us resolve the problem absolutely. He was kind, patient, helpful, and persistent; all at the same price of a quick fix.
