First and foremost Todd returned my phone calls in a timley manner which says a lot about how a person handles their buniness. I called another company for a competitive quote and did not get a return call for 3 or 4 days. In fact i Called twice in one day without a return call. Todd came by to look at the job, quoted me a price and proceded to do the job on a different day. He showed up at the time he said he would, did a clean and professional job. It would be my pleasure to recommend Great Home Technologies to others as well as use him again if the need arises again. Don Hayes

Great Home Technologies completely met my needs. The principal, Todd Griffith, did the install of my home theater system, and he was thorough, capable, neat, and fair with me. He took the time to explain issues encountered in concealing wires in my celiling, had the right tools to handle the job, and offered helpful recommendations along the way. Howard Miller
