Graziano returned calls promptly. Initial estimates and work were done in a timely manner. Work was completed professionallly, neatly, and as promised. Deck looks like its brand new.

Graziano Corollo Powerwasing powerwashed my house and powerwashed/stained my deck. I am very happy with Graziano's work ethics as well as how professionally the job was done. There were delays due to rain and Hurricane Irene but Gaziano kept me posted as to day and time he would return and always arrived on time. I would gladly recommend him.

Showed up when he said he would, called when he said he would and the work was fine. Price seemed a little steep for the hours put in, but I didn't have any comparisons from other quotes. Cleaned up ok but left several water bottles we had provided on the ground. Overall, I would recommend.

Communication started out great then deteriorated. I cleared deck for the work then forgot to turn the water on (just figured out how to turn it off last fall) When I returned the call to Graziano 10 min later he had moved on to another job. Totally understandable. I was close enough to run over and turn water on but that wouldn't work. OK. After that, despite emails, notes left with his check (work was done while I was not at home) I never got answers even though it would mean additional work & $ for him. Note: if you have plants around deck, do this work early. Some plants were destroyed.

On time - very attentive to what needed to be done - very pleasant to work with. There were some elements that didn't come off during the initial washing so he is investigating what can be used to remove these elements. I will recommend them to everyone!
