Working with Grayton was a top notch experience, including both the scheduling person on the phone and the representative who came to do the work. The work was scheduled on short notice on the day of the earthquake in DC - I live in the center of the city, and traffic was pure gridlock that day. But the rep came, did a professional job, did not seem to be in a hurry to get out the door, left things clean, very impressive. The company is a bit pricey, but worth it - they'll be my first call everytime from now on

Great communications - Efficient - Job well done on time with an immediate request for service. They even refunded portion of my original payment as there was a slight overcharge which they sent me a check for immediately. Excellent experience in the installation of new type gas line shut off valve.

Project: Repair or Install Gas Piping
The pilot on the stove kept going out and it was suggested that the gasline be enlarged to increase the flow of gas to the stove. We sought three proposals to have the line replaced. Two of the companies came out and provided quotes based on what we thought was needed, but not Grayton. Grayton came out and did a thorough assessment of the issue and it turned out that the new gasline was not needed, only training on the usage of the emergency gas shut-off was required. Grayton saved us a few hundred dollars by independently assessing the issue and not just providing a fix for what appeared to be the problem. Thanks Grayton.
