His communication skills were not very good. He did not return my phone calls or emails. He would just show up without previous confirmation and that does not work for me since I work out of my home.

Beverly was a good customer but wanted us to show up at an exact date and time. We would love to do for all of our customers but it is very hard to during the very busy clean up season.
