Project: Service a Lawn and Garden Sprinkler System
The service was fantastic! The Tech came the day after I was contacted about an appointment and he did an excellent job of explaining our problem to me. He was very professional and seemed very knowledgeable! Our system is working quite well after he replaced some of the heads and we finally have green grass throughout our whole yard! Thank You!

Did a great Job for us. When we got the bill we were charged for 2 hour labor when the job took just a little over a hour. They did say the first hour was 62.00 and after that was 15 a 1/4 hour. Was over charged. Paid it, don't want the hassle.

We contacted the customer after his comments here and gave him a credit for his concerns. All times are done electronically by the technicians and our GPS records didn't match his punch time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Grapids Irrigation was outstanding in their professionalism and technical expertise in starting my underground sprinkling system. In addition , they went out of their way to accommodate my time schedule for running the system.. I am more than 100% satisfied with their service and will continue to use this company.

Grapids was highly responsive and professional in their work. They were able to diagnose my sprinkler issue quickly and promptly make repairs. I am extremely satisfied with the work and service. I would highly recommend Grapids to all customers.
