We did a basement remodel. It turned out good. Price was reasonable, but we had to do a bit of bidding to get that price. Work was ok.

Good planning, liked the walkthrough process for each phase. Very professional demeanor. Price quote given was fairly accurate with respect to some unforseen adds which are common in any project. Overall, a good first experience with remodeling a room in my house.

Project: Remodel a Basement
My basement project is currently underway with Granzow Home Improvements with rough-in almost complete. Their attention to detail and communication are very good, and they bring a team of quality subcontractors to the proejct. While the project isn't complete yet, I have full confidence that I will be a satisfied customer and I would recommend this company to others. The one issue I have is that they are backed-up and keeping to schedule has fallen behind. However, this does not have a cost impact to our job and they are trying to make up for it over the course of a few weeks.

This is a project we hoped to have started before the first of September and we only had the footings poured today. The ratings may change once the work progresses enough to see the work done by the major contractor.

Owners areVery nice people but their hired help caused the job to go on forever. I felt the were over their heads with this project. Too many surprises. The project will not be 100% completed until this spring,

Project: Build an Addition
Our addition was completed over two months after the date that was originally agreed upon. Communcation is so important during any project, we shouldn't have had to keep the project on task. Very poor clean up, especially around the site. Quality of the job dropped towards the end of the project and lack of concern.
