We had some unusual problems pop up while we were having the interior of our house painted, but William and his crew solved all our issues and we were pleased with the results. They were willing to work with us until we were completely satisfied. William rolled up his sleeves and worked right along with his crew to get our house finished in a timely manner. I felt the workers worked hard. However, better care needs to be given on fiinishing the small details. For ex. Shutters need to be romoved before painting, and when scraping old paint off, the old paint needs to be swept up. Paint chips were left on the porch and on the roof.

Mr. Grant took on a difficult job, when other contractors turned it down. We live in an older home with plaster walls. The living room had a 10' ceiling which had been dropped to 8' and paneling on the walls. We decided to remove the dropped ceiling, the paneling, then drywall both and paint. I removed the ceiling and paneling and prepped the walls for drywall, after several calls to different drywall contractors with no luck, I tried Service Magic. Mr. Grant called the next day. I told him what we wanted and he said he would come and give me an estimate. The estimate was reasonable and I hired him. His workers are friendly and curtious.

Excellent follow up on work and attention to detail

Over one year was taken by this contractor to complete the said job. Every thing said and done the floor that we had replaced in our kitchen is in worse shape than the one it replaced. While putting down the floor little care was taken by the workers, the edges are ripped some as much as 2 inches. And in one place there is a 6 foot seam that has never laid flush and continues to come up. Contractor was also paid for full interior and exterior trim painting, after installing new double hung windows. As for the exterior the trim they painted the new trim board that were used to install the windows and failed to paint the rest of the existing trim.

This GC did some repair work for us at a customer's site. All was handled well. I would recommend their services.
