They called within minutes of my online inquiry and had an electrician out as soon as my schedule allowed. She did a great job on the installation and even rehung a ceiling fan for us that was not as secure as her work.

Overall, they did a very good job. I like that their customer service did emailing me, the quote and appointment availability dates. I think this is important because you can't always pick up the phone at work.

The pleasant woman who did my work did a great job. She finished the job in an expected amount of time, cleaned up and even reminded me of something I had forgotten. Rates were reasonable and on target with the estimate, job was scheduled quickly, and everyone I spoke with was very professional. I would definitely recommend them.

Technician was very helpful. He was up front about the potential problems that we had. He seemed to be very thorough. Was helpful in determining future elctrical work that would be needed beyond the repair he was called out for.
