He worked remotely on my computer for nearly 8-hrs from his home. I don't really know if my computer was that bad that it took that long. I do know he was trying to work on more than one computer at one time in addition to taking care of his cat. The next day I was unable to play any videos from any websites which I could do before. I called the technician to resolve my problem but due to anger on my part, I told him I felt I had been "jipped." He became angry and told me to have someone else fix my problem and hung up on me.
