He responded to my call quickly. He came over, saw the work that nneded to be done, gave a free estimate and provided a contract & proof of insurance. After a deposit was sent he arrived in the time he said he would show up, did the work and cleaned up the work area.Unless the area he fixed leaks again i am happy with his work. He did say that he would return to address any leaks but he said that it would not leak after repairing the water seal around the window.
