Things went great. They showed up when they said they would for both the initial quote and the install. The work came quickly after the quote (2 weeks later I had my stove in my house). Chris was informative of all my options and honest about the products. Overall they did a great job and I'm very pleased with the stove. I highly recommend these guys for all stove needs.
