Every thing was done according to what was told to me. No delayes and they cleaned up very well and was very nice and did the work great. I think Service Magic is a great company and have very experincied workers that will do what they tell you.

Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
The quality of the work that was complete was excellent - our roof does not appear to be leaking any longer. But I would suggest getting everything in writing that is discussed during the free estimate. Not everything was included as discussed with the original estimate. I went with this company because, even though higher in price than another competitor, I felt I was getting an extremely thorough fix to my problem, with "beyond typical expectation" in finishing work. It didn't turn out as presented, and I ended up paying more for what this company repaired. Satisfied with the job; disappointed in the cost for what was done.

Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
I had lost a few shingles from a recent storm and the foyer ceiling had leaked. This had happened once before-3 years ago. The GoodStuff associate repaired the roof right away with shingles he had in his truck. He returned later to replace those shingles with the correct color at my request plus replacing the previous poorly done repair. I'm confident that my roof is sound now, and the repair is barely noticeable. Excellent quality work, great communications regarding my options. I will call them directly in the future should Mother Nature hit me again. Very pleased!

Project: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
Good Stuff Ent. was a terrific find. He not only replaced the roof, he fixed the master bathroom ceiling due to the leak from the roof and another remodeling job all within a few days. I would say the biggest negative about the experience was amount of drywall dust all over the master suite, but even with that I will probably call them back for other jobs.

Project: Asphalt Shingle Roofing - Install or Replace
They looked over the job and he told me what he can do and for what price, I asked for a drip edge and no problem on that. They had to remove 2 layers, he asked me what type of shingles I wanted going above and beyond. He even patched a couple places I didn't ask him to for no extra charge, I couldn't ask for better. All the workers were hard workers, nice guys, did everything they said and then some for the quoted price. All 3 people I have recommened him to have used him for a new roof and are as tickled as I am with the job.
