They showed up on time and worked really hard on a REALLY messy house! They were really nice and I was happy with the outcome. I will hire Rosa again for sure! Thanks Rosa!

She confirmed the appointment the day before and arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. She was very professional and did an excellent job of addressing the requested areas of concern. She requested my input at the end and wanted to be sure I was happy with her work. I told her I would be calling for her services in the future.

They did not polish the furniture like they said they would. They didn't sweep the pantry or behind or underneath items. They didn't dust well. There were several spots on pictures and tables that hadn't been dusted.

Father and Mother was good but daughter wasnt and they relied on her to clean, but she didnt and the parents never checked behind her.

They were very prompt and got right to work. The bathrooms and kitchen were cleaned very well. Would like to see more attention to the dusting and maybe clean the ceiling fans. They were very reasonable and have asked to come back on a bi-weekly basis.

Received a call the same day I inquired online for a maid service and I was quoted a very reasonable price on the phone for bi-weekly service. They were able to accommodate my schedule and they showed up on time. Did a good job cleaning my home and will be back every 2 weeks. There are a few items that I will ask them to pay more attention to (i.e. cleaning fans, etc.) but for the most part, they did a good job and I am pleased. Extremely polite and easy to work with. I would certainly recommend to my friends and family.

I needed a vacant house cleaned for move in. Windows were not clean, ceiling fan blades were cleaned, but not the globes, and blinds had to be recleaned.
