Mrs.H had an older deadbolt on her front door, which I tried to repair so she could keep it in good working order. Alas, it was not to be as parts for such an old lock would have taken four to five days to acquire. And since it was 8 p.m when I finished trying to fix the deadbolt, I replaced it the next day with a new deadbolt. I did not charge her for a return visit to finish this job.

Glenn re-keyed my three houses. He did a great job and the cost was minimal. He is security conscious and he gave me good advice to improve my security.
