He had a chance to sell me a larger furnace but explained the functionality very well and helped me make the right choice for a slightly smaller furnace than I thought I needed. Not happy with the final visual look of the installation and the furnace is terribly loud and banging. Have not had a chance to address these install problems so will reserve hitting GS too hard for this.
