Project: Repair or Service a Water Heater
Sam called within minutes which I appreciated because I thought the problem could be serious. He arrived within two hours and diagnosed the problem immediately. He had the needed parts on his truck and was able to do the repair without delay. He also noted the main water turn off was frozen so I had him replace it with an easier to operate lever giving me peace of mind in dealing with any future water issues. Highly recommend.

Service Magic provided 3 plumming contacts for the reston area and notified me that they would contact me. Only one of the services did. The person on the phone was quick, concise, friendly and useful. Service was scheduled promptly (within 5mins of setting up request in service magic). Service personnel came to the house the same day and fixed the leaking toilet in less than an hour. Excellent service and would recommend to anyone needing pluming work done.

I was contacted for a service appontment immediately after my request posted. Sam arrived well within the appointment window and the repair was complete within 30 minutes as promised. The fee was more than reasonable. I have beensearching for a "go to" plumber for years. I think I have finally found one.

Sam called within 5 minutes of my posting and was at my house within 2 hours. He was polite, concerned about giving us the best price and the best job. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing concerns and trust that he would be professional .

The owner called right away and was able to come out to us on a Saturday morning that week. Very helpful and fixed the problem that we had. Then, he was able to spot a leak in the basement and fixed that problem too. Would definately use again!
