Golden Knots was AMAZING!! They were able to pick up and drop off on Saturdays. They has a quick lead time and a quick turnaround time. The gentleman who picked up and dropped off was very pleasant and professional. All this, not to mention a great value. I've already recommended them to others.

Very competitive prices included pick up & delivery. Cleaning done on large oriental rugs is beautiful. They were very accomendating regarding scheduling of deliveries. I would highly recommend them and use Golden Knots in the future.

Very good service. Delivery and drop off went smoothly. Our Moroccan rug looks new. The gentleman that we dealt with was great. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone.

They cleaned, mended, and rewove parts of Turkish, Moroccan, and Pakistani rugs that had suffered from our pets over the years. Golden Knots picked up and delivered and removed the odor from an expensive rug that I had thought we would have to discard. Now it's back on our floor!
