The inspector photographed water damage to an inside wall. GOOD. I ask if he had used a moisture meter to determine if moisture was still present. He stated "No I determined no moisture was present because it did not seem wet to me so I never got it out." What's a moisture dector for? BAD. I inquired about a floor drain in the laundry. The inspector said he could not tell me if a drain existed. BAD. The inspector offered to go back and look again. Huh? No thanks. Now 2 weeks into the home I'm finding when it rains water runs down the fascia where it should not. The roofer estimates $400 to repair this problem. The inspection was barely OK

Excellent! Inspector was willing to go out to property with no notice and delivered the report to me very promptly. Great experience. I will use this service again and recommend to everyone I know who uses home inspectors

Submitted our request to have house inspected during night time hours. Received a call early in the morning and we had our answer to our problem by 1PM the same day. We were trying to locate the source of sewer gas. Thank you Steve
