Gold coast showroom is impressive; the choices and the advice is good. The representative, the contract supervisor, and of course the subcontractor are honest, capable and dependable people.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Quality & progress of work is good for our condo bathroom remodels. Had no problem with project manager in charge of project. Sales person promises were not kept. Signed contract with verbal promises of completion date & supply cost. Completion date was 1 week later than promised. Promise of passing only their direct cost of supplies to us was not kept. We only caught it when we accidentally saw their receipts which we did not get a copy and noted a few items much cheaper than quoted. Only refunded us for the ones we were able to catch. So watch out for the sales pitch & get it in writing. Work was satisfactory overall hence the 3.

They did everything they said they were gong to do. They gave me a time line of scheduled construction events and stayed on that schedule exactly. They cleaned up after every day and the job was completed right when they quoted (and it was a full master bath remodel). The construction manager was VERY nice and was there every day to make sure no major mistakes were made and it all went smoothly. Also, there were no extra "hidden" expenses that popped up unexpectedly....they were truly professional from start (in the showroom) to finish.

Once the work was completed I was happy I needed to have them come back 3 times to fix issues even then had to watch over workers to insure they did what was expected
