Owner was very informative and helpful while we were in the decision making phase. There was no pressure to make a quick decision or pushing of up charges.They did everything they promised and even a couple of things we forgot about when they wrote the quote. Installers were very detailed orientated and courteous. They were very responsive to request for changes during the install. Job was finished in the time frame they quoted. We would recommend to anyone looking to put siding, facsia and soffits on an existing home.

Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
I had a leak in my roof. Godwin Homes contacted me and set up an estimate immediately with Doug. Their prices are fair and they had my roof fiixed 2 days later before another rain storm hit. The work site was clean when I returned home and they owner Mitch Godwin met with me to approve the work. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Doug was very knowledgeable and had many suggestions to improve my roofing and ventilation. The crew was courteous, quick and they did an excellent job of cleaning up.

I hired Godwin Homes to tear off and replace my existing roof. The crew showed up on time and the foreman explained the process that would take place during the construction. I watched the crew throughout the process and all members seemed to work very hard and knew what they were doing. I was surprised as to how many there were(12) in the crew but was pleased to know the roof would be finished that day. Cleanup was done by all involved and I was more than happy with the results. I would recommend Godwin Homes to anyone needing roof work done. The company is reasonable priced and take great pride in the work they do.

Fantastic outcome, could not be more impressed with the overall experience. Initial meeting was time appropriate. Had one piece of siding left over so was not overcharged for materials we did not need. The guys who worked on it are very friendly, attentive to details, receptive to any questions we had. Cleaned up at end of every work day. I will keep Godwin Homes business card and definitely use them again if needed. Will also recommend them to anyone who may ask me. Fantastic job!
