Quality was not what we expected. Technician left without caulking finished tub to floor. We were also overcharged the amount of our downpayment due to lack of communication within company

I was contacted immediately and Mark came right out to give me an estimate. Mark was courteous and professional. They came the next day (on time) with materials ready. They were extremely competent and their expertise was obvious. They went above and beyond what they contracted to do and CLEANED UP EVERYTHING. Will definitely use them again. Dawn Marks
