The service was great. They came out the very next day and the fleas that were in the house are gone. The servicemen was very courteous and friendly. I would definitely use their services again.

Go Forth provides fast, friendly service and wants to make sure that the customer is satisfied and allows for questions or concerns before leaving after a treatment.

The company promised that they would be able to catch a rodent that is reeking havoc in my home, however, after nearly a month, they still haven't solved or diminished the problem. I did not need the entire service, but accepted it as that was the only way to get the service. The people on the phone are very nice, as are they in person, however, they do not listen to the constumer about what the problem entails. I intend to hire someone else to solve the problem and if they are successful, i will pursue ending my contract. They wer also an hour late in coming for the initial appointment

Our Customer Service Mgr has contacted the customer and explained that our goal is to exceed customers' expectations, but that safety is always our first priority. We performed the service in a manner that would first and foremost not endanger the customer's pets, yet still solve the rodent infestation. After reviewing the customer's expectations for the speed of the solution, and learning that the customer had since purchased/set out bait on their own, we determined that due to our safety requirements our solution may not meet their expectations for speed; so we permitted the customer to discontinue the service with no cancellation penalty.

Paul was very knowledge and understanding of more than just the bug issue which was very appreciative. I think he was very sincere and dedicated and thorough. I would use Go Forth in the future.
