Let me take a look before you leap. I'm Tim Glynn, Oregon Certified Home Inspector. I've inspected homes, old and new, inside and out, from the roof to the basement. Tim was very personable and explained everything to my client, a first-time home buyer and single Mom. He alerted her to the most important repairs that needed attention without overwhelming her as some inpectors do. He was very flexible with his time in accomodating several schedules to get this job done. His price was very reasonable and I would use recommend him again. Tim was great to work with, very thorough, helpful and professional. The report was in-depth and easy to read, even for a first-time home buyer and I loved the detailed photos. He'll be the first to tell you that he may not be the least expensive, but he is certainly the most professional and does a great job.
