Project: New Windows - Multiple
The service and installation work was excellent. They arrived on time and left on time. However, after a week or so a contractor friend, who apprciated the windows, told me that the sealant to prevent water should have been done all around the frames of the windows. Global applied the sealant only on the bottom part of the windows, which means there a possibility that water from rain can sip in.

John was great to work with and his men did an excellent job. I also like the fact that he double checks their work and is quite a perfectionist which is a huge plus in my book. His prices are also very reasonable. Highly recommend him.
