DO NOT HIRE! We live in East Brunswick, NJ and used ServiceMagic to find a cleaning service company. We were ultimately referred to Global and John Wilson. John at Global started off very professional, when we were unhappy with a portion of the service (our wood floors were a wreck) we saw another side of Mr. Wilson. We had to go through ServiceMagic to be reimbursed for the terrible service we received. John changed so quickly, that we were shocked by his rudeness. He eventually stopped answering our calls resulting in us having to go back to ServiceMagic to get our remaining monies back John Wilson owed us. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Hired this company to CLEAN my house but I do not believe much cleaning went on. I would come home after they had cleaned and have to clean up after them. Dirty towels left in the living room, picture frames on the bedroom floor. When confronted John told me my house was dirty. Isn't that why I hired this company. Would not recommend this company horrible job.

I am a lover of animals. Most of our customers have pets and we are happy to work with them. Our customer here had two dogs. We would enter the house feed the dogs treats and let them out in the backyard. When we finished, we agreed to let them back in. One dog would come the other dog refused to come in. This occurred twice. I did not think it was fair to the dog. I did not think it was fair to our crew. And I did not want to take part in the cruelty or Liability of leaving a dog in a possible thunderstorm or sweltering heat. We thanked the customer for the opportunity and notified them that we would must discontinue Our service

I have told all my colleagues at work and family membes what an excellet job John has done with my our house. It has never been clearner. We are so happy!! Thank you, Thank you

We Offer a money back guarentee and this was months ago; however if the customer would have paid we would have given thier money back if they were not truely satisfied.

Originally, he called right away and responded. However, overt he weeks, his service got worse and never improved. He had told me that if I paid 6 months up front , he would give me a great discount and great work. But it seemed like the house was never clean or neat. And he never put me on a regular schedule. I had to call every week to see if he was going to come out to clean. Sometimes immediately after cleaning, chairs were half in/half out on , not pushed in completely. The last time I still had to call him to see if he was going to come in and he did not call or come back for the last 2 cleaning and kept my money. I do not recommend him and he does not belong in ServiceMagic.

No refund was ever requested.

They know how to treat special surfaces - granite, hardwood, fabrics. The house was really clean!

I recently let go of my cleaning service because they wanted to raise the price. They did an ok job but I wasn't willing to pay more. I called Service Magic and based on reveiws gave John at Global a call. He was very professional and friendly. He came to my house to give an estimate on bi-weekly cleaning. VERY REASONALBE!! They have cleaned for me a few times now and I couldn't be happier. John is wonderful and Naomi is warm and compassionate. They do a fantastic job cleaning and are very careful as well. I couldn't be happier. I've already recommended them to friends.
