Dependable cleaning company. They kept me very updated and had great customer service; however a few details were missed while performing the clean.

Super fast response to my request with tentative bid and then same date on-site estimate. Cleaned my windows within two days. I added a few thinks like repainting a window sill etc and they did not charge much extra. They were a bit slow taking 5 hours but we had a fixed price so not much problem there. Also they left little bits of paper from their cleaning and also tracked minor bits of dirt. But, the windows look great and I would hire them again. Steve in Crystal City (Alrington VA)

Sorry for the dirt tracking along with the small bits of paper left behind. However, it took five hours because the windows were stuck and of course they were storm windows. Double windows along with it being stuck(due to paint), makes it very difficult to remove. We did not expect the difficulty that would usually cost more, but we always strive to stay true to our price that we set. We apologize for any inconvenience and we appreciate your honesty it will only make our company better in the future. We will post your windows for customer review.
