The salesman was very knowlegable and helpful. I enjoyed working with him. The installation crew were very efficient and answered all my questions. I was definately recommend them to friends. I already have.

I have not started this project yet because we are still evaluating a second bid and awaiting the results of a NYSERDA Energy Audit. The representative from Gleason is a very well informed individual. He says that he has been in the HVAC business for 35 years and has been doing geothermal for the last few years as well. I will not hestitate to hire them if my final choice leans their way.

All the people involved were very friendly and professional. The guys installing the heat pump worked until late in the evening to make sure the job was completed in one day. They returned immediately to replace the thermostat when we realized the wrong one had been installed. They also returned our calls quicly when we had follow-up questions. Pricing was competitive, too.

Very professional and knowledgeable sales staff. Conducted Manual J home audit to determine cooling needs. Suggested a heat pump to provide a dual fuel option to provide flexibility should Propane (heating) costs rise. Provided a cost effective solution. Installed within one week. Installers were also knowledgeable, organized and courteous. I feel confident that Gleason will stand behind there product and that the Trane heat pump was properly installed. Would recommend Gleason to others.

They performed their job well, but were late getting there. They were scheduled to arrive between 8:30-9am. I received a call before 8:30 telling me that they had a stop elsewhere first and then would be at my place around 10-10:30. This was ok with me. They didn't show up until close to 2:30pm which was a problem because I had a Dr.'s appt. at 3:00. Luckily my husband was able to leave work and wait while the furnace guy finished the job.

The repair person was meant to only clean the furnace and provide a safety review prior to the house bveing sold. The repair person expanded his review by commenting on the hot water heater venting and while the furnace was cleaned and passed a safety review, the repaire person commented to the person there that it needed to be replaced; most likely due to efficiency. It was obvious that the person was positioning the sale of a new heating and hot water system. It delayed the sale by two weeks until the buyer's inspector reviewed the furnace and recommendations and passed the inspection.

Customer called us a week before the bank inspection and we made room on our schedule to be there right away. We noticed a few things with the H2O heater during the inspection of the furnace that we felt we should mention to the realtor that was there. This was done as a courtesy as we were not asked to check the H2O heater, not to make a sale.

They were very fast to respond, the work was swift and beyond what I had expected. The workers also took time after the fact to assist me in completing the forms for the tax rebate.
