Glaze Tub

We ran into alot of issues behind the wall and it was taken care of immediately The employee was on time and did a great job Would definatly recommend them to anyone that needs a tub glaze

Good work for the price

Looks good but had a few bubbles in it and paint was applied thick and it slid down in a corner and left a thick lump.

Very punctual and neat.

The man that did the glazing was on time, professional, and the tub looks better than new. I would use them again and would tell anyone else to use them with confidence.Our schedule also tends to be a bit crazy and we had to change our appontment a couple of times but dealing with Jayme in the office was great.

My service guy was David, he explained everything he would do in a clear and concise manner- he advised of the fume hazards and also prepared the area by covering all exposed areas-- and even cleaned up after himself. I had nothing to do except wait 24 hours to enjoy my NEW tub !!! Thanks David

The gentleman that came, was very nice. The only issue was that I guess he had to do some additional work, which was not built into the price. I didn't want to pay any more, but was very upset because it took him alot longer than it should have been.

Quick and courteous service. My tub looks great!

We truly respect and value our customers' satisfaction. Understandably, levels of expectation vary, but our intention is to go above and beyond, if possible. We appreciate your business.

Phoned immediately and could do the job at reasonable price the next day so I went with them. Never had this done before so outcome of tub was good but the residue from spray was on tile and other items(like vanity lites above medicine chest) and needed to follow up with thorough cleaning. (My conception was that the whole area would be tented. I called the next day to ask a question and was told to wait till item dried (48 hrs) When I called back after that had to leave a message but didn't receive a response. Q. was 'how to handle a 'bubble' that was sharp to touch. It was perhaps a minor issue but would liked to had better follow up.

We do protect surrounding areas as much as possible, but some dust/residue may settle. From time-to-time, bubbles or drips may appear while drying is occurring...I know your issue was taken care of promptly as well. Being a small business, we take a personal approach to each and every phone call so sometimes incoming calls have to be called back. We find most people appreciate a more personal approach to a calling center. We thank you and enjoy your bathroom!
