Replaced a double-pane 5x5 low-e window on 2nd floor. They were courteous, showed up on time and did it fast and neat. Also explained the pros and cons of security film without sales push. I realized I didn't really want to pay for it.

The person was knowledgeable and friendly. He did a good job installing the new window. Arrived promptly for the appointment and cleaned up his mess before leaving the property. I was able to negotiate the initial quote down to a price I could afford, which I greatly appreciated. I would recommend the company to friends and would do business with them again.

Insta;;ation was fine, measurement errors caused a month delay in getting the glass surround installed.

The work completely lived up to my expectations. The technitions, and Chris at the business office, were friendly and sincerely cared about my needs. I would, and will, hire Glass Technologies for my next project. By the way, the price, at least in my case, was 25-40 percent less than what the competitors quoted.
