Overall service was ok. Technician called ahead, as requested. Alot of information I provided to the person on the phone was NOT communicated to the technician. The actual cost of the repair was SIGNIFICANTLY higher than the one quoted over the phone. Ridiculous extra charges added on. Window replaced was on the 2nd floor (which they knew about), but the final bill included a "Second floor charge" AND a "ladder use charge". Isnt that double charging???? I would shop around next time, but given the urgency of my repair, they were ok.

There is a base fee so if you have a extremely small fix like I did it is a very expensive charge.
