The installer is a sub contractor, there appears to be no control over this installation person, he would rather be out sailing than finishing his projects. I left (3) phone messages with the installer, (4) emails with Mark, and (3) phone calls, he never responded. His secretary finally called with a scheduled time and the installed didn't show up until the next week. He was 5-6 weeks later than his stated start date. Once the installer  was on the job, he did excellant work, no problems were experienced. I didn't like the lack of response from either Gladstone or the installer. The wait time between the down payments of $200 and the actual installation was rather long--almost 7 weeks--however, the installer was very professional and the door works perfectly! We are very pleased.
