Chris and Kyle worked effectively and productively to help repair a damaged line in our Septic. Chris was very helpful to educate me through the process, Plus Chris worked with Canandaigua Watershed to retrieve the proper documentation on our Septic System. Very pleased with the results. Needed wtr htr fixed or replaced....git n r done responded very quickly, set appt next day after I got home from work, arrived on time, explained what we needed and then proceeded with the job which ended up being a replacement. Chri/Kyle appear knowledgeable about a number of other areas I needed info about and I would definitiely consider using them again for another project...professional, polite and dependendable...price was reasonable

They did an excellent job - showed up on time cleaned as they worked and made many on the fly adjustments as the surprises of a 200 year old house manifested themselves. This is the second time we used them and have been very satisfied each time. We will use them again on the next project.

I was very happy with the service I received. Contractor was polite, professional, and on time. He called me back the same day, made an appointment to come to the house within 24 hours and as I said was on time. He did not make a mess and was very respectful of my house (took off his boots at the door!) and I would definitely call him again.

We have a very old house and every job is full of surprises. They handled them in stride and did an excellent job even giving us a whole new beautiful backyard where scraggly trees and weeds one stood.
