Giovanni was friendly, on time and made the effort to complete our patio sling chairs in less time than usual to meet our schedule. The chairs look great. I was a little bit disappointed that the old faded end caps were used.

The stuffing restoration Giovanni did to almost all of my top and bottom cushions for my leather sectional looks nice. The bottom cushions are quite a bit harder than the cushions originally purchased with sectional. (based on cushion that didn't need restoration - new from non use). The back cushions look okay. I decided to have 4 more cushions completed in front room. They were returned overstuffed with no shape to resemble the style of my couches. Disappointed. Am calling to see if they will fix the front overstuffed pillows.
