Project: Remodel a Bathroom

We used Gio Construction to re-do our bathroom, and will be using them again for another project. They worked neatly and efficiently. All work was completed within given timelines. Rocco is easy to work with and is an all around nice guy. They did a great job.

Project: Remove Unwanted Water

Rocco does great work in a timely manner and most importantly for a very fair price. My basement was flooded and I was in a real jam where I could've been taken advantage of, however, Rocco helped me out with same day service at a great rate. He is currently rebuilding my basement and will be doing other projects for me in the future. No need to worry about getting ripped off and does a great job.

Project: Renovate or Repair a Home

Our problem is 2nd floor bath tub leaking through ceiling. We pick Gio because they did similar job in the neighbourhood & they can do the job next day. Overall our experience with Gio is great. Reasons are following. - Quick response. They came and gave us estimation within 1 hour after request submitted online. - Clear communication. The work to be carried out was communicated clear as opposed to vauge. - Quality. As a layman, we feel the quality is good, especially their attention to details such as cleaning. Only time will tell. - $$ + responsible. We (subjective) feel they are fair, trust-worthy and responsible for their work.

Gio was very professional and very knowledgeable. Out of all the contractors I had look at the job Gio had the best price and within a week I had a brand new vinyl fence. The quality of product and service was, by far, very impressive. In fact, I was so impressed that i had Gio tackle all my other home improvement projects as well. My house used to be the ugliest on the block and now, thanks to Gio Construction, its looks better and brighter than all the rest. Gio is now the only contractor I will trust to work on my house. Project: Repair Brick or Stone Flatwork

The job was to clean and seal a paver patio. They did a beautiful job. It looked better then new! They replaced some pavers if it was necessary. They were there when they said they would be. I would use them again, and have recommended them to others.

A bedroom remodel was done by Rocco, within existing framing. The outcome, is breathtaking, I'm enjoying my room so much. He provided me with a good quality job, pays much attention to detail, provides quality workmanship, and aims to please.
