Project: Repair or Service an Appliance
I couldn't be more pleased with Gill's Appliance Repair. I called at 10:00 AM and he met me at my home that same day at 2:00 PM. The repair took about 20 minutes. Prompt, courteous and he even went outside and cleaned out the exterior lint vent. I'd definitely call Gill's again if I need an appliance repair.

Gil came to our home to fix our gas fireplace which we could not get to stay lit and heating our basement, he replaced three pieces (our iginter, our venting system and a piece off of our fireplace) and nothing changed. Our fireplace is no longer functioning, we cannot get it to work or heat the room we need it to heat and he took $690 dollars from us in cash (yes we were foolish to pay cash) and now will not return our calls or emails. The fireplace is useless to us now, we originally paid $1200 dollars for it and cannot get it to work at all. He didn't come during the 3 appointed times we worked out with him and had no two no shows.

Came the same day and fixed it. Had another heating person here 3 times and didn't fix it. Would use them again.

Very nice and polite individual and did the work needed however he was late to his original appt and when he called he said he would be here in 20 minutes and it was a few hours later before I had to call him. Timeliness issues.
