almost a month later and only my deposit has been touched.

It was a pleasure to work with the folks at DreamMaker. from the helpful suggestions from Eric, to the cleanliness and professionalism of the installers. they were able to remove a tub that we never used and install a beautiful shower that makes so much more sense for us.

Mark, who rebuilt our shower wall was a perfectionist! Jeff, the tilesetter actually exceded our expectations! All in all, a very rewarding experience at a price that was very acceptable.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
While Eric was friendly and knowledgable about product options for our bathroom, the design options he prepared were uninspired. Overall, his designs left the bathroom like it is with new fixtures at a cost over $20,000. I feel the design fee of $500.00 in advance was not a good deal. We could have replaced the fixtures without a "designer".

Project: Reface Already Installed Cabinets
It was a great experience having a unit in a Condo at LBK, we live in Argentina and leave all the work in Dreammakers´s hands , they did a great work in time , they were very careful with my propert and nothing got spoiled, when we arrive back in the unit the job was finished by 5 o' clock!!! The people they send are nice and careful , with a great positive atitude and know their job. If something had some imperfection or scratch new doors were ordered , everything was taken care of .We gladly recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of remodelling. We are still working with them , because due to this good experience .

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Eric and his crew did a great job and we highly recommend them. Because his workers are employees instead of sub-contractors we knew they were all well qualified and there was no question what their priorities were. While the project ended up taking longer than expected the result is terrific and we love it.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Eric Gilbert was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He was thoughtful in his recommendations and easy to work with. However, he will not do work without being paid in full first and some of his contractors were not of professional quality. But I would still recommend him to someone who is willing to pay in full up front and keep a close eye on his contractors.

We do not ask for payment in full up front. Our proposals and contracts are standard in the industry.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
The salesman didn't even listen to our budget and over shot by $13,000. Then after receiving half he left us hanging for a while. The people working on the project are phenomenal. They are polite, kind, helpful and I enjoy them being around. Because of the shady sale I would not trust them again. But if you want good work done you'll have to deal with it.

We did a proposal for what the client asked to be built. They accepted it and we did the job.
