Project: Tile: Ceramic and Porcelain - Install
Jim and his assistant Henry were very professional and -- equally important -- very personable. Jim submitted a thorough estimate via e-mail, stayed in touch prior to the project to confirm his arrival time, showed up on time, worked quickly, kept the work area as clean as possible, and did a great job on the installation. We're delighted with his work ethic and work product, and would hire him again without reservation.
