From the first conversation with Sheri in the office to Richard coming out and giving us an estimate on our roof, soffit/fascia, gutters--it was a wonderful experience! They treated us like family as our project progressed. They worked very close with us regarding our questions and concerns and we were very happy with the final results and the professionalism shown throughout this experience. It was the most professional experience we have ever had. Richard came to our home and met with us, explained the process, the materials available, how long it would take, the cost etc. When his crew came out to do the roofing job, all of them were clean, courteous and professional. They cleaned up our yard of all of the nails and roofing materials. They completed the task on time and on budget. Richard came by after the job to be sure of our satisfaction. We are thrilled with our new roof, which is now up to code and looks great. Thanks Gifford Roofing!!!!
