Thank you for providing Gerry Brugger's contact infomation. I had two sets of staircases carpeted with a beautiful patterned runner with three difficult landings, Jerry sent Dan Clark who did an outstanding job. I was impressed with Gerry and Dan Thank you so much.

he never provided an invoice. he asked for a price that didn't match to the math (the cost he came up with was over $100 too high. very unprofessional

Issues:1) During the sales call,Gerry never mentioned that he did not do the installation himself. 2) A previous sub-floor condition was to be addressed, but Gerry never mentioned it to the actual installer. 3) The installer glued the bathroom tiles right over the existing vinyl sheet flooring - the lazy-man's solution. 4) The original price was based on the the basement carpeting being tacked down over padding. I instead opted to have it glued down; there was no price adjustment, despite the obvious saving in time & material. 5) Upon completion of the job, Gerry never contacted us to ask if we were satisfied with the job.

Gerry's At Home Carpets was very reasonably priced for some carpeting I had them install in the basement, so I asked for a quote on some bamboo flooring in the living room. It was only half as much as the carpet store I had gone to for an estimate! The flooring guys were professional, friendly, and prompt; and the floor turned out beautiful! I highly recommend them and will call Gerry's for any future jobs!
