Kudos to one of our suppliers that was open on New Years day that had the Smart Valve and ignitor we needed to correct the problem. We get great fulfillment in solving customer problems.

Geothermal Specialists came out to our house on a Saturday to give us a second opinion. In the end, he not only fixed our problem but also saved us thousands of dollars for finding the actual problem and not diagnose something else in order to make more money.

Able to dianose my furnace problem when others kept on guessing and giving me quote on their guess. The Geothermal Specialist tested my system and fixed the problem the first time.

On the plus side:Knowledgeable, friendly, fairly priced, timely, organized, helpful, careful and considerate. On the minus side: Sometimes hard to get a return phone call. Three weeks after install i still haven't received an invoice marked "paid", although I paid in full on the installation day. Three weeks after install their big sign is still in front of my house...hope they pick it up soon! Summary: The pluses far far outweighed any minor inconveniences.

The invoice presented was marked paid, dated and signed by the jobsite foreman. A statement was sent as she requested in the phone call and scheduled sign pickup shortly thereafter.
