This is a very good company. They have an excellent customer service, working force and quality of materials. I couldn't be happier with the final product. It's better than I exprected and I had high expectations. They worked wery well, very hard and in no time. I highly recommend them.

Like other contractors, we had difficulties getting the rep out to give us an estimate. Out of six companies contacted only three showed up to provide estimates. Perhaps the economy isn't so bad after all. We chose GC primarily because they were the only contractor who would commit to do the job within the preferrred timeframe. Another annoyance: Our final quote was almost double the original estimate; the rep attributed this to rising gas prices. However, once the work was scheduled GC completed it on time, and the workers were very professional and courteous. We are quite pleased with the results!

I just have not made up my mind to proceed on this project yet. The cost of $20,000 would not add enough value to a Townhouse to make it worthwhile from a money standpoint.

Project: Install or Replace Metal Roofing

The installation crew did and outstanding job replacing bad boards on the roof and installing the new metal roof in a day and one-half. Cleanup after the job was not as I would expect, nails left in the yard and small shingle pieces everywhere. Customer contact before the job was started was virtually none-existent. Several calls made to them where not returned. I would not recommend them to anyone.

They came in and completed the job in one day, while there wastwo itemsof concern these where corrected wit in two days. all in all it sved me time and worry. the price was not the best in the arket but I do feel the servicemade up for the dollar issue.
