The technician was not particularly friendly.

Unfortunately this type of reviewing system doesn't allow me to know who this individual is so I can make things right so that I can know what technician was out to the home. If I could address this, I would do so immediately and make sure that by the end, you are satisfied to the very end.

The gentlemen was polite, friendly, efficient and provided me with feedback and did the repair work as quickly as possible. It took two visits because he had to get the part. I had no problem with that.

The project was completed in fairly time. I was told their charge rate was $65.00 and it was going to be applied to repair, They ended up charging me $90.00 plus parts, maybe next time they can be more specific.Other than that dryer working fine for now.
