His estimate was on par with our other bid. He went and got our Oak Park permit himself and he started the project one business day later. He came everyday to observe the work, had at least 5-10 guys here working everyday, he poured the concrete himself, and he and his men cleaned up and left no mess. His employees were friendly as was he.
